Making sure that everyone is on the same page, the auditions that were set for the end of April will be postponed.

It's nearing IFB and the proposed audition dates. We are still in the process of finding a coach and as auditions need to be fair, the exec have decided that auditions will only happen if it is judged by the coach themselves. That being said, we will shift the dates of the auditions as necessary.

Just a reminder that there are info sessions about auditions and what it is like to be on the team this week.

There will be one tomorrow (thursday) April 2nd from 1-2pm in SUB 42V in the basement. If you can't make it email us anytime at ubcformation@gmail.com and definitely check out the Formation Team Handout.

First round of auditions are:
On April 28th from 7:30-8:30 in SUB Rm. 214/216
AND May 1st from 7:30-9:00pm in SUB Ballroom.

The first session is a routine lesson and the second session is the performance audition portion. Please come to both sessions.
